Integrity Shopping:

Integrity shopping is one of the most cost effective tools designed to be used as part of your overall loss prevention program.  Customized shopping experiences can provide you with specific observations of your staff’s compliance with safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.  Our security consultants will help you develop the shopping assignment and identify target areas or areas of special concern. Each sopping experience will be well documented on a customized evaluation form.  

While some security companies limit the evaluation to loss prevention, we understand that your organization can also benefit from an assessment of the overall shopping experience, including customer service.  We are more than happy to incorporate quality and service assessments into the evaluation.

Vacant Property Patrol:

If you have recently moved or closed a facility, we can periodically patrol the property to check for broken windows, burned out lights, door integrity, unwanted trash dumping and other security related issues.  This is a very cost effective way to be kept apprised of the status of your vacant property.  You set the schedule and pay-per-patrol. 

Alarm Response:

 False alarms can be costly. Many people do not realize that when a police officer responds to an alarm, typically the responding department will charge significant fees. Night Hawk Security will dispatch a uniformed officer to your location to check the entire premises, including all doors and windows.  Details will be communicated to dispatching manager, and if necessary the officer will remain on site to provide security coverage until the situation has been effectively resolved.  Our reasonable fees and hourly rates are agreed upon in advance. 

Fire Watch:

 When the Fire Marshall requires physical building patrol due to a faulty fire alarm system, we can respond. Our officers are trained to observe for potential hazards.  Armed with a wireless communication device, we can contact emergency responders for any situation that may arise.

Emergency Services:

In many cases, security assistance is needed at a moments notice.  Our dispatch operators are available 24/7.  In most cases, we are able to respond to your emergency needs very quickly.  Our dispatchers can provide reliable estimates for how quickly an officer or member of the management team will arrive on site.
